Our Story

Anyone can design a logo.

Anyone can compile bullet points in a creative brief.
And anyone can “elevate your brand” to “jumpstart your visual results.”

But not everyone can translate your ideas into award-winning design that works on a brain-cell level, carefully collecting all the quirks that make your business special, and then mixing everything up into a brand-spanking-new identity.

That’s what makes us different.
We’re obsessed with what makes you different.
Of course, what you really care about are the results.
Here are a few outcomes you can expect.

And we’ll never let your footprint show.

Sustainably-sourced materials are guaranteed with every project.
Your materials won’t just look different on the outside. They’ll also make you happy inside. Since our inception in 2005, we’ve:

  • Spent hundreds of hours researching sustainably-sourced paper, ink, and printers. We’ll even send you our findings in the handy report we created, Sustainable Design All-Stars. Get it when you request a Strategy Expedition.
  • Minimized our own environmental impact. With a little help from our favorite sustainability consultant, we stay on track with regular carbon footprint analyses and sustainability assessments. After we reduce what we can, we balance our remaining carbon emissions through Carbonfund.org.
  • Chosen the right printer. We approve of using Greener Printer for items needed on the fly as well as complex projects.

"When Studio 22 took charge of Spokes in early 2006, the process seemed almost too good to be true. Every issue goes out beautifully, on-schedule, and on-budget. Life should be this easy."
